Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026.

This policy explains how Shenzhen Liuliu Technology Co., Ltd., operating under the LIULIU POWER product identity, handles information in connection with liuliupower.com and B2B enquiries. For privacy questions, contact liuliupower@outlook.com.

Information you provide

When you send a B2B enquiry, we collect the information you submit: your name, work email, company, country or market, model interest, requirements and privacy acknowledgement. Estimated quantity is optional. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include.

Please provide business information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

How we use enquiry information

We use this information to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry, discuss suitable products or customization, and maintain related business correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or place an order.

Where enquiries are processed

The website uses WordPress and Fluent Forms to record enquiries in the website administration system. Email notifications are addressed to our Outlook mailbox, liuliupower@outlook.com. An email notification may be filtered or delayed even when a website entry has been recorded.

Our website hosting, security and email providers process information as needed to operate their services. These currently include EasyWP hosting and Microsoft Outlook email. Relevant product or project requirements may be discussed with manufacturing or logistics partners when needed to handle your enquiry or business arrangements.

Technical information and cookies

IP-address logging and form analytics are disabled in the current enquiry-form settings. This setting applies to the form and does not prevent the hosting provider, security systems or email services from processing technical information such as connection details and service logs.

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in. Your browser allows you to manage or delete cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect some site functions.

Public comments

If you leave a public comment, WordPress collects the comment, the details entered in the comment form, and technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent for spam detection. Approved comments and the name you provide can be visible to other visitors. Commenter avatars may be supplied by Gravatar using a hash of the email address; see Automattic’s privacy policy. Optional comment cookies can remember the details you enter in your browser.

Retention

Enquiry entries and related emails are retained to handle business correspondence, follow-up and any applicable record-keeping obligations. The form does not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Public comments and their metadata can remain on the site unless removed. Copies may also remain in website backups until those backups expire or are replaced. You can contact us to request deletion of information associated with your enquiry.

Access and disclosure

Enquiry records are intended for personnel who handle website administration and business enquiries. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with applicable requirements or protect the website and business from misuse.

Hosting and email services may process information in locations outside your own country. The locations and handling of service-provider records depend on the services involved.

Your requests

Contact liuliupower@outlook.com if you would like to ask about, correct or request deletion of the information you supplied. Include enough information for us to locate the enquiry, without sending sensitive documents. We may need to verify the request and consider any obligations to retain relevant business records.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website or enquiry-handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
